We hope you love your new La Maison du Soleil piece.
However, if it wasn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
Exchange & Store Credit (30 Days)
You may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
unworn and unused,
in their original condition,
with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your return is received and approved, you may choose:
an exchange for another item, or
store credit, which never expires and can be used at any time.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes all pierced jewellery styles.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, email us at info@lamaisondusoleil.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different style, colour, or size, simply initiate a return and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
